PAYMENT CONTROL
School fees are paid to verified institutions—not distributed as unrestricted cash.
- Applications must come through a parent, legal guardian, verified school, or approved partner—not directly from a child.
- Enrollment, school identity, fee amount, and supporting documentation must be verified.
- Approved payments are made directly to the verified school and recorded with a case reference and receipt.
- Names, photographs, addresses, and other identifying information about children are protected and are not published without lawful consent.

AGRICULTURE & LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT
Practical pathways toward food security and responsible income.
PDC is developing a phased agriculture and livestock initiative to help Haitian families, farmers, youth, and community partners build practical skills, improve local production, and create responsible economic opportunity.
The program will begin with controlled pilot projects. Participation, animals, equipment, or production support will remain subject to local assessment, qualified supervision, available resources, and written program approval.
Express Agriculture Partnership InterestClimate-Smart Agriculture
Practical training in soil preparation, crop selection, water management, composting, garden planning, harvest handling, and locally appropriate production methods.
Rabbit Farming
Small-scale rabbit production focused on suitable housing, nutrition, humane care, breeding records, hygiene, disease prevention, and realistic market planning.
Goats & Small Livestock
Responsible goat and small-livestock development through appropriate breeds, shelter, feed planning, animal identification, health monitoring, and controlled herd growth.
Farm Enterprise Skills
Simple budgeting, production records, loss control, cooperative purchasing, market research, pricing, savings, reinvestment, and measurable household or community outcomes.
PILOT GOVERNANCE
Animal welfare, local verification, and economic discipline come first.
- Each pilot requires a local needs assessment, defined participants, a written budget, and measurable objectives.
- Livestock activities require suitable shelter, reliable feed and water, humane handling, sanitation, recordkeeping, and access to qualified veterinary or animal-health guidance.
- Animals, supplies, and payments are not promised or distributed before eligibility, site readiness, identity, partner, and budget controls are complete.
- PDC will track survival, production, costs, losses, sales where applicable, participant learning, and reinvestment before expanding a pilot.
