PDC is developing a carefully governed pathway to help eligible children strengthen access to school, essential learning resources, foundational skills, and long-term educational opportunity.
Support remains subject to eligibility, verification, available funding, and program approval. PDC does not promise placement or payment before those controls are complete.

PAYMENT CONTROL
School fees are paid to verified institutions—not distributed as unrestricted cash.
- Applications must come through a parent, legal guardian, verified school, or approved partner—not directly from a child.
- Enrollment, school identity, fee amount, and supporting documentation must be verified.
- Approved payments are made directly to the verified school and recorded with a case reference and receipt.
- Children’s identifying information is protected and is not published without lawful consent.
