Florida LLCBusiness Setup™

Structured formation support for entrepreneurs who want to build professionally, serve customers clearly, and prepare for revenue.

Assistance administrative pour la création d’une LLC en Floride.

Asistans administratif pou antreprenè k ap kreye yon LLC nan Florida.

Administrative support—not legal representation.

Florida LLC Business Setup™ organizes and tracks client-provided formation information. It does not select a legal or tax structure, provide legal, tax, or accounting advice, guarantee approval, or replace an attorney or CPA.

An LLC creates the entity. A professional operating foundation prepares it to compete.

The intake now captures the business stage, target customer, first commercial objective, launch window, investment readiness, and post-formation priority. That gives Roben Alti LLC a stronger basis for owner review and a more relevant next-step recommendation.

01

Formation readiness

Organize the proposed name, roles, addresses, registered agent, client approvals, and filing checkpoints.

02

Market clarity

Capture the customer, commercial objective, offer direction, and information still needed before launch.

03

Revenue readiness

Identify whether the business needs a professional presence, client intake, payment path, or lead follow-up system.

04

90-day execution

Record the launch window and owner-reviewed next priority so formation can lead into controlled business action.

Scope remains controlled.

The $297 fee covers only the administrative formation support described on this page. Business strategy, branding, website, client acquisition, payment, or operating-system work is separate and begins only after owner-approved scope, pricing, and client acceptance. No business result is guaranteed.

A disciplined path from intake to documented next steps.

01Applicant profile
02Proposed Florida LLC
Do not use or assume a name is approved until the Florida Division of Corporations issues an acknowledgment.
03Business launch readiness
This profile helps Roben Alti LLC identify the right next step. It does not guarantee revenue or add any service or charge. Business strategy, website, lead-capture, and launch-system work require a separate owner-approved scope and client acceptance.
04Addresses and management
05Florida registered agent
The registered agent must separately accept the appointment and sign the state filing. This intake form is not that signature.
06Optional administrative support
07Authorization and service limits
08Simple client service agreement

Administrative service only. If Roben Alti LLC accepts the case and the client authorizes paid work, the $297 service covers administrative review, preparation, coordination, and documented follow-through. It does not include legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Earned by completed stage. $75 is earned when file review begins; an additional $122 is earned when information review and document preparation begin; the remaining $100 is earned at final review and filing-coordination preparation. Any refund is limited to the unearned portion when a valid written cancellation is received.

Separate charges. Government fees, optional documents, third-party charges, and any annual registered-agent service are separate and become non-refundable once paid, transmitted, or incurred.

Client control. No filing is submitted without the client’s review and approval. State rejection, delay, name unavailability, or a client decision to stop does not refund administrative work already completed. A documented Roben Alti LLC administrative error will be corrected without an additional service fee.

Clear answers before you open a case.

Does opening a support file create my LLC?

No. It opens an administrative review file. Nothing is submitted to Florida until the information, service, and fees are reviewed and authorized.

When will Roben Alti LLC review my application?

Initial review is normally targeted within 1–2 business days. Missing or complex information may require additional time or professional referral.

Are state fees included in the $297 service fee?

No. The required $125 Florida filing fees and any selected optional state fees are separate.

Does forming an LLC make the business profitable?

No. Formation creates the entity; revenue depends on the offer, customer demand, pricing, sales, delivery, finances, and management. The business-readiness profile improves owner review but does not guarantee results.

Is approval guaranteed?

No. Name availability, state acceptance, government processing time, banking approval, tax treatment, and business results cannot be guaranteed.
