RA OFFICIAL WEBSITE INFORMATION
Legal, Privacy & Website Terms.
Clear operator identity, responsible data practices, and service boundaries for the pages and commercial services that identify Roben Alti LLC as their operator.
Last updated: July 28, 202601 · OPERATOR IDENTITY
Who operates the applicable pages and services.
Roben Alti LLC operates the business, consultation, technology, Florida LLC administrative-support, and music-education pages that expressly identify Roben Alti LLC as their operator or service provider. “Robenson Altidor,” “RA,” program names, and service names may describe a founder, public identity, product, program, or service; they do not replace Roben Alti LLC as the contracting entity when Roben Alti LLC is identified for a paid engagement.
02 · SERVICE BOUNDARIES
Information is not an automatic engagement.
Website content, AI guidance, forms, consultation requests, price references, and preliminary recommendations are informational and do not by themselves create a client relationship, contract, reservation, filing authorization, enrollment, partnership, or obligation. Paid work begins only after Roben Alti LLC confirms fit and scope, the client accepts the applicable written terms, and required payment is confirmed.
Unless a service page expressly states otherwise, the website does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice. No website statement guarantees revenue, leads, approval, admission, business results, government processing, or a specific delivery date.
03 · PRIVACY NOTICE
What information may be collected and why.
When a visitor submits a form, sends a message, requests a consultation, applies for a service, or communicates through email or WhatsApp, Roben Alti LLC may receive the information the visitor chooses to provide. This can include a name, business or organization, email address, phone number, service interest, project details, and communication history.
The site also uses browser storage and limited analytics to create random visitor and session identifiers and record page paths, referral sources, campaign parameters, and selected interaction events. This information supports security, performance review, service improvement, and measurement of legitimate business interest.
Information may be used to respond to requests, evaluate service fit, provide an approved service, maintain records, prevent fraud, protect the site, process authorized transactions, and satisfy applicable business or legal obligations. Visitors should not submit passwords, payment-card details, full government identifiers, banking credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information through public forms, chat, email, or WhatsApp.
Roben Alti LLC does not use this website to sell personal information for money. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or applicable obligations. A person may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Roben Alti LLC; requests remain subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements.
04 · AI-ASSISTED INTERACTIONS
AI supports communication; it does not replace authority.
The RA Public Business Agent™ may process a visitor's message through an artificial-intelligence service to provide general guidance, identify a possible service fit, and prepare a preliminary consultation summary. AI responses can be incomplete or mistaken. Final pricing, scope, timing, availability, contracts, approvals, and business decisions require human review and confirmation by Roben Alti LLC.
05 · THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some functions rely on independent providers.
The site may connect to services such as OpenAI for AI-assisted responses, Google for forms or supported sign-in, Stripe for payment processing, hosting providers, email, and WhatsApp. Information submitted through those services is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices. Roben Alti LLC does not receive or store complete payment-card details processed directly by an authorized payment processor.
06 · WEBSITE TERMS
Responsible use and intellectual-property protection.
Visitors may use the site for lawful information, inquiry, and authorized client-access purposes. They may not attempt to bypass security, access another person's records, disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or entity, scrape protected systems, misuse forms, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
Unless otherwise stated, site design, original text, program structures, service materials, marks, and related content belong to Roben Alti LLC or their respective lawful owners. No ownership or license is transferred merely through site access, an inquiry, or a purchase.
The site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Third-party links and services remain outside Roben Alti LLC's direct control. These terms may be updated when operations, laws, or service providers change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms to the extent permitted by law.
07 · PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
The applicable written service terms control.
A public price does not replace a confirmed scope. Before paid work begins, the client should receive the applicable service description, price, exclusions, payment request, and any cancellation or refund terms. Completed work, committed third-party expenses, government charges, digital access, and non-recoverable costs may be treated differently under the applicable written agreement. If a service page or signed agreement contains more specific terms, those specific terms control that engagement.
08 · CONTACT
